Our Introduction
Sarathi Nepal is a non-profit, social service-oriented organization dedicated to the holistic development of children, women, and marginalized groups in Nepal. Founded under the Non-Governmental Organization Registration Act, 2034, Sarathi Nepal aims to promote educational initiatives, foster a child-friendly environment, and reduce child violence through collaborative efforts with parents, educational institutions, local governments, and various stakeholders.
Sarathi Nepal's journey began after the devastating earthquake in Nepal in 2015, when the organization became actively involved in providing support to women, children, and marginalized communities affected by the disaster. Its work initially focused on providing relief and rebuilding efforts, while also addressing the needs of vulnerable populations. Over time, Sarathi Nepal expanded its efforts, working on a variety of projects aimed at empowering children and families, promoting social justice, and advocating for children's rights.
Officially registered and operational since 2022, Sarathi Nepal continues to strive towards its mission of developing a sustainable and inclusive environment where every child, regardless of their background, has access to education, safety, and opportunities for growth. Through its educational programs, skill development initiatives, and advocacy for children's well-being, Sarathi Nepal is making significant contributions to the betterment of society, one child and one family at a time.
